For 2009's festival we've got even more fields for you, meaning more campsites, car parks and better facilities too. Our new car park layout will mean shorter walks from car to campsites - all you have to do is look at our map (click on the image to see a larger map) and select the car park closest to where you'd like to camp when you book. Car park tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you book, the easier your walk. Campsites are open from 10AM on Thursday 6th August, 2009.

All of our campsites have secure lock-ups, late night licensed cafes, as well as showers and toilet facilities.

If it's your first Big Chill and you don't know where to park or camp, the Blue Car Park will bring you right into Blue Valley and Blue Farm camping, adjacent to the entertainment area. Blue Car Park is where you'll find the 'Easy Camping Box Office' (for those of you wishing to stay there - more news on this as we have it). This is also the only car park where a trolley service will be available (for a charitable donation) to help you ferry your belongings from car park to campsite.

Regular Big Chillers will notice that Red Family Camping and Red Family Car Park have moved this year. This should help families settle into site a lot easier, and a new general campsite, Green Fields Camping, will be open to all with a car park just over the road.

We're hoping to open a new car park adjacent to Purple Meadows Camping for 2009, but this is still TBC, so if you purchase a Purple Car Park ticket please be aware that you may be directed to the Blue Car Park instead.

The cut off date for buying car park tickets / live in vehicle tickets is the 27th July. After this point these tickets will only be available on the day.
